January 31, 2009 - The first Nostalgia Night raised over $8500 for Polio Plus Program. The Longmont Rotary Club, along with the Rotary Club of Mead and the St. Vrain Rotary, held one of its most successful events, a Nostalgia Night. This event raised in excess of $8,500 for the Rotary Polio Plus program. Since 1986, Rotary has taken the world-wide lead in a multi-national private-public partnership to rid the world of this dreaded disease. In 2008, Rotary International received a challenge grant from the Bill and Melissa Gates Foundation, and the funds raised by the individual Rotary clubs go to meet that challenge. Meeting this challenge and finally eradicating the polio virus from the few areas where it still exists will be a multi-year task. We will continue to make Polio Plus a top priority of Rotary International and the Longmont Rotary Club until it is completed. October 13, 2008 - The 18th Annual Winter Warmth Coat Drive is now completed
September 12, 2008 - Frank McDonough Service above Self Award form is now available for download.
